In this jewel box every inch matters. Confined by the side party walls bringing in natural light on the north and south walls were critical to the design. The two-story spaces spill light to others creating a loft feel throughout the house. The front of the house faces the Vail ski slopes, as the house steps back we created a roof top deck with 360-degree views in Vail Village. The back of the house has cantilevered decks, large windows, and sloping window wall to bring in views, sound, and cool temperature of the river. The natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal to create a warm inviting home.
