A cordillera is an extensive chain and/or network system of mountain ranges. The three strong peaks run continuously through the home. The lighter materials in the stone and stucco becomes the mass that grounds the home. The connector or the ‘valley’ uses a natural patina steel to connect the peaks on the exterior. The interior connector in the home is a steel and glass bridge running through the peaks.
